Joseph is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping people move well and feel better. A graduate of Langara College’s massage therapy program, he combines myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy, adjusting his approach to fit what each client needs and hopes to achieve.
Years of sports injuries have given Joseph a real understanding of the recovery process, and he draws on that experience when working with clients who are dealing with injuries of their own. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him on the golf course, playing ultimate or volleyball, or snowboarding when winter rolls around.
Whether you’re recovering, managing ongoing tension, or simply want to keep doing the things you love, Joseph is here to help you understand your body and get more out of it every day.
